Is there a center that we can go after that deals with extracurricular offers such as volunteering works either in the college community or in a laboratory setting?

It is difficult to point to only one source or place to find volunteering opportunities. The following links

Can I get involved in any sort of charity or volunteer work through the university?
Yes, you are treated here as any other full-time student.
Vinícius: CSF students have participated in a wide range of activities. In addition, there are some other volunteering opportunities: long term ones, like working at Red Cross or UN, and short terms, working on events that least for weekends etc. It is not hard to find informations about short term volunteering and a lot of them have university students as audience.

Do they certificate us for our time and volunteer work spent there similar to how it happens here in Brazil?

Yes, you should receive a certificate or at least a reference letter.

Do we have access to all student clubs in the university?
UofT provides a lot of different activities. Here, there is a culture of clubs, where people with common interests get together to discuss or practice some activity. You may take a look at the list of clubs at utsu.ca/find-a-club, harthouse.ca/getinvolved/clubs-and-committees or browse for different groups at ulife.utoronto.ca/organizations. I'm not much familiar about my course and the UofT life. I  wonder if there is any welcome week for the new students and about the materials such as books that will be necessary during my time over there.
At the first week, every professor should make available the syllabus of the course and make it clear, explaining which books will be used in the course. Those books may either be found at the library complex (UofT’s one is one of the ten biggest ones in the world) or bought by the students, the UofT Bookstore usually sell the books, but you may find them in other places, not only new but used ones as well. To look for used books, I recommend the website http://www.tusbe.com/, where you can buy books from other students.

What are the sports facilities the CsF students can have access to?
The access to all UofT’s sport facilities is included on our tuition, i.e., we can access the Athletic Centre, the Goldring Centre and the HartHouse.

I haven’t seen any limitation about that. I know students who participated as volunteers at churches.
